Why Classifying and Paying Your Employees Is Trickier Than You Might Think 

Cancellations received 14 days prior to the event, are refundable less a $50 administrative charge per registrant. There is no refund for cancellations received later; however, a credit will be issued toward a future seminar of equal or lesser value within one year. Please note that if you register and do not attend (i.e. NO SHOW), you are still liable for full payment and no credit will be issued.  There is no charge to substitute another person in your place. We are not responsible for the refund of any part of the registration fees because of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, events beyond our control, or no-shows. Seminars are subject to cancellation if minimum attendance is not met. All registration fees will be refunded if the course is cancelled.

Submit cancellations and refund requests in writing to tabitha@improvemydentaloffice.com. An email confirmation will be sent within one business day to let you know it was received.  If you do not receive a response within that time, please call 508.272.2140 to verify that your cancellation notice was received.
