Up to 50% of the costs associated with an accident are non-medical and come out of your pocket in the form of co-pays, deductibles, travel, parking, medications, etc. AFLAC pays cash directly to you for accidents, on or off the job, and how you choose to use that money is up to you. Family coverage is available and great if you have young active kids.

Policies pay a first occurrence benefit ($5,000 for Level 3) to help with immediate costs. This optional Lump Sum Critical Illness Benefit Rider can be added to many of our plans for additional protection and pays a lump sum dollar amount of $5,000 in the event you are diagnosed with one of 14 covered critical illness events (heart attack, stroke, coma, Type 1 Diabetes, etc…) See brochure for more details. An additional $3,000 is paid in the event of a subsequent diagnosis*. Nine additional conditions pay $2,000 including Lyme Disease.
Aflac offers a choice of Whole Life or Term policies. No medical exams necessary. Employees can cover a spouse and/or children, with safety of Waiver of Premium benefit in case of total disability; up to $200,000.00 in coverage available. Choose a Return of Premium Rider and see the difference.
